Marketplace terms and account responsibilities
By using PixelVault you agree to use the marketplace lawfully, provide accurate account information and respect the rights of buyers, sellers and third parties. Product-specific terms, license terms and seller agreements may add requirements to these general conditions.
Accounts and security
You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for keeping authentication credentials secure. Do not share passwords, authentication codes or private API credentials through product reviews or contact forms.
Purchases and digital delivery
Digital products are supplied through the purchasing account after the relevant order reaches an entitled payment state. Product descriptions define the files, compatibility and license model included in a purchase.
Seller obligations
Sellers must submit products they are authorised to distribute, describe them accurately, maintain safe delivery files and avoid misleading claims. PixelVault may hold new listings or updates for review and may remove content that creates security, legal or marketplace-integrity concerns.
Acceptable use
Users must not attempt to bypass licensing, access another user’s private information, distribute malicious code, interfere with marketplace infrastructure or use the service to violate intellectual-property rights.
Changes and enforcement
Marketplace features and policies may evolve as the platform develops. Material commercial terms applicable to a seller or purchase should be presented through the relevant agreement, listing or account flow.
