Software and digital product licensing
Each product listing should state whether the purchase uses PixelVault Managed Licensing, an approved external licensing arrangement, or download-only terms. A license grants defined usage rights; it does not transfer copyright or ownership of the underlying product.
PixelVault Managed Licensing
Where Managed Licensing is enabled, a product-specific license key is generated after successful payment. The key appears in My Account → Licenses and may be limited to a defined number of website installations or activations.
Product-specific keys
A managed license key is intended for the product it was issued with. Keys should not activate unrelated marketplace products, even when purchased by the same customer.
Activation and deactivation
Compatible products can contact PixelVault to activate, validate or deactivate a license for an installation. Deactivation can release an activation slot where supported.
Refunds, revocation and suspension
A license may become invalid if the associated order is refunded, cancelled, charged back, found to be fraudulent or otherwise loses entitlement under marketplace rules.
Prohibited use
You must not publish, resell, share or redistribute license keys, bypass activation controls, impersonate the license service or use a license beyond the rights granted by the relevant product terms.
