Buying and downloading
Successful downloadable orders appear under My Account → Downloads. If a paid order is not showing a download, first confirm the order status and that you are signed in to the same account used at checkout.
Licenses
Products using PixelVault Managed Licensing receive a unique purchase license after successful payment. The key appears under My Account → Licenses and should be entered only into the matching product. A license issued for one product cannot be used to activate a different product.
Seller submissions
Approved sellers submit and update products from the frontend Seller Dashboard. New listings and seller updates can be placed into Pending Review before publication.
